REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment for all registrations must be received within 10 days of registering or your registration may be canceled.
If a team chooses to withdraw for ANY REASON more than 60 days in advance of the tournament, a refund of amount paid, minus $150 will be issued or the team can elect to have a credit in the full amount paid, to be applied to a future tournament the same or following year. Any withdrawal for any reason, 60 days or less in advance of the tournament will result in no refund or credit being issued.
In the event weather prevents a tournament from being played or prevents it from being played to completion, if a team plays no games, they will receive a full credit of amount paid towards a future tournament in the current or following year. If only 1 game is played, the team will receive a credit of 50% of fee paid towards a future tournament in the current or following year. If 2 or more games are played, no credit will be issued.
If any tournament is completely canceled for ANY REASON that is beyond our control, registration fee paid can be applied towards any future tournament in the current or following year and can be used by any team within the SAME organization. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE DO WE ISSUE A REFUND FOR ANY TOURNAMENT THAT WAS IMPACTED BY WEATHER OR CANCELED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
In the event a tournament is canceled due to lack of teams, a refund of the full amount paid will be issued or if preferred, a credit in the amount paid valid towards a tournament in the current or following year can be issued and be used by any team in the same organization.
Any partial refund due to a team withdrawing more than 60 days in advance or full refund due to a tournament being canceled due to lack of teams will not be issued until August 1st of the current year, no exceptions.
LIABILITY INSURANCE AND PLAYER WAIVER REQUIRED
A Certificate(s) of Insurance is required to be submitted prior to your team playing in your first game A Certificate(s) of Insurance is required to be submitted prior to your team playing in your first game of any tournament. Any team not providing a properly prepared Certificate of Insurance will not be allowed to play in the tournament and will not receive ANY refund or credit. Teams registering for any of our tournaments must add Baseball365 Inc. PO Box 5614 Madison WI 53705 as a Certificate Holder on their Certificate of Insurance. There should be no cost to you, and your insurance company should be familiar with the process.
Teams must also enter a roster and their families must accept our automated online waiver prior to being allowed to play in any games. Any team that does not have at least 8 rostered players with accepted waivers will not be allowed to play any games. No refund or credit will be issued to any team who violates this policy.
